'How do I cat?': Four feline babies wander to the doorstep of two kind roommates, who turn into first-time cat pawrents and ask the online feline family for advice

As long-time cat pawrents, you probably already know that the Cat Distribution System works in mysterious ways. Sort of like The Commission in The Umbrella Academy - they work from the shadows, without a single soul knowing how they manage to do what they do, and some won't even know of their existence throughout their entire lives, despite knowing the results. Just less nefarious than The Commission, obviously.

And the CDS knows to introduce cats in need to the right people - even if they were never cat pawrents before. For some reason, the Cat Distribution System knows which people would make great human parents for the cats in need, even if they never had a feline family member, or any pet at all. And this is exactly what happened with this pair of roommates who discovered a blissful bundle of four feline babies right on their doorstep.

Now, among us all cat people, who wouldn't want to open their front door to discover a box of kittens waiting for us? It's the best present we could ever dream of. But thinking of what these kittens needed to endure before a kind person, the right person, found them - we don't like to dwell on these topics. But knowing these kittens landed on the kindest people possible? It's like reading the serotonin through the screen straight into our eyes. We love a happy ending for stray cats, and for the people with big hearts who take them in.
