    astrobleme 5h ago Beyond the advice about care and feeding, I recommend learning about cat body language and common behaviour. Cats are actually very good at communication, but they do it in their own way via body language.

    For behaviour, cats have some funny ways that are still pretty common. For example, most cats have Spicy Time - a period when they get wild and want to attack things. Knowing this is normal and being able

    to read your cat's body language means you won't stick your hand in there when you're likely to get the claws. (Spicy Time is the perfect time to break out a wand toy.)

    For now, pet those kittens and get them used to being handled! Gently touch their feet and stuff so they get used to letting you do that. It will make it easier to trim their nails etc in future.
